Welcome to Ruby Lu Salon. By accessing our website, booking services, or receiving services at our salon, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Some services may require a consultation prior to booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We require at least [24/48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made after this time or failure to show for an appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with proper notice.

5. Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

Redo or adjustment services are offered at our discretion and do not include refunds.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, and prior chemical treatments before services begin.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions when information is withheld or inaccurate.

7. Children & Guests

For safety and space considerations:

  • Only clients receiving services may be on the service floor unless otherwise approved.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

8. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Service prices may vary based on time, product usage, or hair condition.

9. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

  • Gift cards may have expiration dates where permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of Ruby Lu Salon and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
